Hmmm, I'm not feeling too convinced about this diet! I've been on it for a month and don't have much to show for it! Had an awesome first week, went pretty hard in the second week and lost a very small amount. Then went to sevens in Wellington and that weekend was just sking for trouble so lost no weight. Got back into it for the next week and not noticing much difference - in fact I am thinking that the only difference is due to the bootcamp I'm going to at 6am every week day (just finished my 3rd week). I never thought I was an emotional eater but because I feel I'm not really getting the amazing results others seem to get (and been pretty good and sticking to the diet) I now feel even less inclined to stick to it (hence eating a small piece of carrot cake today at work)! Is this actually worth sticking to?
